Air Vallee sollte tatsätlich einen Flug nach Angers in Westfrankreich anbieten, ab 9.Januar. Meiner Meinung ist das nur eine kurzfristige Subventionsgeschichte zwischen den Flughafen Angers oder die Region und diese Airline. Davon sollten sogar 5 neue Linien eingeführt werden. Angers ist eine Mittelstadt (~100000 Einwohner), und eine Verbindung MUC-NTE wäre viel sinvoller und rentabler. Was freut mich, ist das Angers 50km infern von meiner Heimatstadt liegt :-)

Air Volga/Rusline hat ihre geplanten Flüge nach KRR auf Dezember verschoben.
Ob die Flüge auch aufgenommen werden ?

Die Donavia-Flüge nach Rostov 2x pro Woche werden jetzt im Codeshare mit Aeroflot (SU) betrieben. Leider sind die Verlängerung der Flüge im Sommer 2011 noch nicht im System.
 
Cyprus Airways übernimmt ab heute die Eurocypria Flüge in München (CY 1446/7 17.35Uhr / 18.35Uhr). Cyprus und Eurocypria fliegen seit ein paar Tagen als ein Unternehmen. Heute kommt ein A320 mit vierstelliger Flugnummer mit Landung um 17.35 Uhr in MUC zum Einsatz.

Cyprus Airways-Eurocypria merger plans falls through

Cyprus Airways has stepped in to rescue stranded passengers after rival carrier Eurocypria was shut down, as a merger proposal for the two airlines collapsed.
The carrier says it is trying to "minimise the negative impact on tourism and the economy" following the failed merger attempt.
Eurocypria was split from Cyprus Airways in 2006 as part of a restructuring plan for the flag-carrier.
It has operated as a competitor to Cyprus Airways, with a fleet of leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
But the Government has been struggling to decide the best course for Eurocypria, particularly given the competition threat from budget airlines and the size of the market.
It had been moving towards a possible re-merging of Eurocypria with Cyprus Airways.
But although Cyprus Airways had agreed to examine the proposal, a source at the airline familiar with the situation says that a loan agreement from the European Commission effectively means the two are "not allowed to merge".
European regulators approved, after close investigation, a restructuring plan for Cyprus Airways - including government-backed loans, and the sale of Eurocypria - three years ago.
While Eurocypria could not be reached for comment, the Cyprus Airways source states that the carrier's route network is likely to be put up for auction to interested bidders.

Streng genommen beschreibt der Link die Situation des Jahres 2005 (der Text ist von 2007).

Die Betriebseinstellung der ECA resultierte aber mit Sicherheit auch aufgrund der hier dargestellten Problematik.
