Flugzeugbestellungen und Leasing (update)

Airbus and Indian Cargo carrier, Flyington Freighters, have confirmed an order for 6 A330-200F aircraft, for delivery from the 2nd half of 2009 onwards. This places the carrier as launch customer for the aircraft, as the order for 20 aircraft announced yesterday was for deliveries from 2010 onwards.

kennt jemand genauere Details zu Intrepid Leasing?
Habe mal in Google danach gesucht und finde nur die Meldung, dass die 20 Airbus A330-200F bestelltn. Habe die auch andere Flugzeuge die sie verleasen? An ween?
Ich finde es etwas ungewöhnlich, dass eine Leasinggesellschaft Frachter bestellt.
 
UPS bestellt 27 B767-300ERF

UPS has announced that it has ordered 27 new B767-300ER freighters to support it's growing package business

Deliveries will be between 2009 and 2012 and it is not related to the ongoing review of it's A380F order with Airbus.

The aircraft will allow UPS to improve the efficiency and speed of it's air network as it eventually replaces aging aircraft (maybe some DC-8's?)
